This simple scheme for a loss of intense weight in a short time, once helped me to start burning fats and at the same time not fail, like a keto diet or a protein menu.

Eleven days, I followed the diet.At the beginning, I thought that such a menu was tired and would not be satisfactory without sandwiches and sugar.But it was quite easy.Some tricks will be added (I will write on them on the menu itself).
So, after passing 11 days with a "budget" diet without practicing sports, I removed -11 kg.The swelling of the limbs and face, which has always been in the morning (apparently, the water stopped lingering, due to poor food) it went significantly.There was enough strength for a long time, despite the diet, and in fact, feeling lightness in the intestine and freshness on the skin, the incentive to pass the diet was enormous.
What to buy for a diet:
- Fruits: lemon, apples (11 pieces, green and not sweet);
- Fresh chicken eggs -large (22 pieces);
- Vegetables, in principle, any other than the potatoes (due to the starch in the composition, you will have to refuse 11 days);
- Green (more, the better);
- Kefir (normal freshness, makes no sense in dairy products -caseari with low fat, they only disperse appetite) - 500 ml per day;
- Mineral water (it can be without gas), excellent to avoid constipation and swelling problems;
- Buckwheat and barley (from a pack);
- The cheese (optional, can be replaced with cottage cheese).

Menu for 11 days:
Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (hot appearance);
Breakfast:Saracen and buckwheat cooked with water bath in the evening, tea/coffee;
Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: an apple and mineral water;
Dinner:Palvka cooked with water bath in the evening, a vegetable salad with vegetables (you can season with olive oil or sour cream), any B/sugar drink;
Afternoon snack:Egg in any shape, 1/2 tomatoes or cucumber, mineral water;
Dinner:Buckwheat (you can add onion+carrots in olive or linen oil and a booty drink;
Tardive dinner:Up to 500 ml of Kefir.
In the dietThere is no meat, maybe that's why it was called budget.But let's take proteins from eggs, cheap and very rich in useful substances.Furthermore, cereals - buckwheat barley and pearls contain numerous minerals and vitamins, which help to be more elastic and the intestine purifies without hitches and gently.
Sports, training and greater physical activity with such a short diet are not needed with a monotonous diet.The body is not adapted to nutrition, the excess load is nothing.But this does not exclude healthy walk, uniform sleep and skin care (car -massage, bathrooms, meditation).
